This is a lovely ground floor flat within a short walk of Boscombe's sandy beaches, the pier and the Overstrand development where you will find a surf shop and restaurant. Furnished and equipped to a good standard this is a good choice of accommodation for a beach holiday.

LOCAL AREA: The local Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is the glue in which moulds these two popular areas of Dorset together. Largely suitable for families, Boscombe offers everything, at an affordable price. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities to suit all purposes should you wish to remain local. Never too far away from the waters edge, Bournemouth’s seven miles of award-winning blue flag beaches can be found along the coast, along with Boscombe pier. Have you any young children in tow? Boscombe spa village offers the ultimate adventure park for all ages. From kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, to sailing and skim-boarding and situated in an idyllic setting across Dorset’s beautiful sandy beaches, this location allows all parties to be entertained. The Neptune is a family friendly ‘Gastro Pub’ situated just yards from Boscombe pier, as is the ‘Urban Reef’ café/restaurant situated on the seafront, the perfect end to a family day. SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
