This is a delightful apartment on the second floor of a large detached house, which is located on a stunning cliff top position just above the safe, sandy beaches at Southbourne with it's funicular Victorian lift down to the shore. A few minutes walk will take you to the local shops and cafes. The entranceway has original carvings, including scratched initials from King Edward VII and Lillie Langtry. Close by is the charming, pretty market town of Christchurch for those who enjoy the combination of some shopping with delightful river walks. A short drive or a lovely beach stroll will find the cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth offering endless entertainment and dining for all the family as well as ample shopping opportunities. Nearby Poole offers access to the delights of Brownsea Island by boat offering the opportunity to do something completely different as well as even more sandy beaches, Poole Park with the boating lake and water sports centre. Something for everyone.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
