This is a lovely detached bungalow situated conveniently between both Poole and Bournemouth town centres, with the outstanding beaches at both only a short drive away. Situated opposite a stunning nature reserve, just a short walk from the property will take you straight there making this property ideal for pet owners and families alike.

LOCAL AREA: Local amenities just a five minute walk away include a supermarket and restaurants. Poole is a short drive from the property, Poole offers some of the best sandy beaches in Europe, a great sense of freedom and an idyllic setting for any family. Also in Poole you find The Georgian Old Town and Quay offer an excellent variety of local food and drink, with numerous restaurants offering a huge choice of cuisines.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date).

WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
