LOCAL AREA: Branksome Park is one of Poole's most affluent areas. It is on the border of Poole, with Bournemouth being on the other side of The Avenue. Branksome Chine which leads to Branksome Beach is within walking distance of the property, and is an ideal way to reach the sea, as well as a peaceful place for a woodland stroll. Once on the golden shore there are many traditional seaside activities to choose from. Branksome has a superb safe, sandy beach, a popular restaurant right next to the beach and the famous beach huts. The walk along the promenade underneath the cliffs or along the beach to Bournemouth Pier is very pleasant. Local facilities include a sports area with tennis courts and a bowling green. Walking distance away is Westbourne is an elegant district of Bournemouth and known affectionately as ‘The Village’. Offering a mix of design specialists, beauty stores and delicious delis and restaurants. Just further along from Westbourne you will come to Bournemouth Town Centre where you will find high street shops, restaurants, cinemas, Bournemouth Pier with Rock Reef and zip wire, Bournemouth Gardens and Bournemouth International Centre for concerts and shows.

WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
