This is a beautiful apartment in an ideal location in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, in a first class position on the second floor which the lounge takes full advantage of with it's doors onto the large balcony facing the sea (with views of Bournemouth Bay).

LOCAL AREA: Bournemouth has seven miles of golden sands and sparkling sea. The town centre is large with busier parts, together with the opportunity to escape never being too far away. Whilst en route to Bournemouth’s seafront, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, another spectacular area of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of shops such as a large department stores, high street brands and boutiques, there is enough to keep you occupied throughout your stay. Perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. The Royal Bath Hotel opposite allows visitors to use their pool and spa facilities for a small charge. Further information, including opening times, can be found on their website ( Poole town centre and the prestigious Sandbanks areas are also within easy reach. As this property is a few minutes walking distance from Bournemouth centre and the sandy beaches it is in a prime and very popular location.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
