This is a charming, purpose-built flat occupying the whole of the first floor of a detached house. This accommodation is comfortably furnished and has a good range of equipment. It is situated in a residential area, with local shops nearby.

LOCAL AREA: The flat is within easy reach of either the ancient town of Christchurch with its quay and boating activities, or Bournemouth town centre with the pier, sandy beaches, theatres, cinema and many tourist attractions. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is the glue in which moulds these two popular areas of Dorset together. Largely suitable for families, Boscombe offers everything, at an affordable price. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities to suit all purposes, from should you wish to remain local. Never too far away from the waters edge, Bournemouth’s seven miles of award-winning blue flag beaches can be found along the coast, along with Boscombe pier. Boscombe spa village offers the ultimate adventure park for all ages. From kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, to sailing and skim-boarding and situated in an idyllic setting across Dorset’s beautiful sandy beaches, this location allows all parties to be entertained. The Neptune is a family friendly ‘Gastro Pub’ situated just yards from Boscombe pier, as is the ‘Urban Reef’ cafe/restaurant situated on the seafront, the perfect end to a family day out on the beach.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
