BEDROOMS - This apartment has two well furnished bedrooms. The Master Double Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed with a Millbrook Wool 4000 pocket spring mattress. The second bedroom is a Triple Room with Bunk Beds which are made up of a Double Bed and a Single Bed. The bright and airy lounge/diner (dining table seats 4) is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The separate, modern kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will find free road parking outside the property (please note that the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed). NOTES - This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. £200 refundable damage deposit required for holiday lets.
