Second time we’ve stayed here. Perfect amount of bedrooms and beds for the whole family. Lovely 20 minute walk through Chine to beach. Grandchildren loved it. We had one toy room and one adult room. Brilliant large square table we could all sit round. Could do with more shelves in oven. Leaky shower on first floor which we could not use but given partial refund as goodwill gesture by landlord. Lovely house and very good value for money.

5* Our large group of friends and children had a really nice stay at the house. The house is massive and it’s in a great location only a 10 min walk to the beach. Check-in was easy and there is plenty of parking in the street. House needs a little TLC in places but was more than adequate for what we needed and there was enough equipment for us to cater for our large group

4* We had an excellent stay here. Great size for what we needed and lots of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The place is a little dated and the garden needs a little TLC, but it had all of the basics for what we needed. It is in an excellent location and plenty of parking on the street. We had an issue with the bins being full when we got there but Bournecoast Holiday Agents got it sorted straight away.

5* Fantastic large property which suited all our needs. Set in leafy green residential location. Just 15 minute walk to beach and also some lovely local restaurants. We were a large diverse multi generational group and it suited everyone. Great base for exploring Jurassic coast. So much to do. A week wasn't long enough and would definitely return.

5* - The place is very spacious with a good garden and service is excellent. Someone had left a valuable and they were ampt in delivering the valuable back to his house, more than 2 hours away. Would recommend.

5* - We (a group of 16 people) stayed in this lovely place for 3 nights and everything about the place was just brilliant. The property had so much space both inside and outside, and it had been maintained with great care. The rooms were clean and have plenty of space as well. The location was perfect as well (just 15 min walk to the beach). Finally, both the landlord and Bournecoast Holiday Agents were super helpful throughout the stay and the communication was excellent. We recommend this place without any doubt.

5* - Amazing house and a beautiful garden. We stayed here as a large family group and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were all great sizes, the house was very clean and just perfect for us. Amazing value for money too - would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you.

4* - A lovely house in a very quiet position and we did not hear any traffic at all. The kitchen is very well equipped with all that is needed to cook your own meals, but perhaps not quite so well equipped with any additions (soap powder dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc).

5* - Pictures do not do this place justice! Absolutely incredible accommodation! So spacious, and the rooms were great sizes! Perfect for big groups! We had 16 people for the hen do, and all communal rooms were big enough for us all to be in at once! Great value and fantastic location to the beach and town. Cannot recommend this place enough!

What a fantastic venue, spotless and fresh. Huge amount of space, kitchen diner with massive table to seat everyone. Two lounges with ample comfy seating complete with tv. Great wi fi. Lovely big bedrooms with comfy beds. 1st class kitchen with loads of space in cupboards, fridges etc. Street parking only but very quiet road and plenty of space… parked right outside. Lovely gardens with seating. Nice 15 min. stroll to the beach. All in all a fantastic few days for my 80th birthday with family and friends. Thank you. Super Indian close by …Indian Ocean 30% discount for online orders fast home delivery and excellent cuisine…highly recommended as is this lovely house.

Great house, amazingly big, perfect house for large groups, lots of on street parking in peaceful location, massive multi layered gardens. Easy reach of Bournemouth and its stunning beaches. Fresh linen and towels. 2 lounges and a massive kitchen table perfect for social meals etc. Would book again thank you
Only bad thing was the oven, the house is perfect size for 16 people beds, bathrooms lounges, 2 microwaves, 2 kettles, plates etc, 3 fridges however the oven is mega old and tiny cooking for 11 was very difficult and we had to stagger meals for the group as the oven was just too small and outdated

Perfect place for our celebration weekend! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location for a walk to the seafront or a short taxi ride into the nightlife. Will definitely be staying again!

Bournecoast holiday agents were amazing, communication was quick I had quite a few questions about the property which were answered really quickly! The only thing I didn’t receive was information on getting keys which I knew were in a lock box but didn’t know the code luckily when we arrived the cleaner was still there and they told us but otherwise everything was great.

The large house was perfect for a big group or 2 to 3 families. Lovely, clean and quiet with everything we needed. We especially loved all the outside dining spaces in different parts of the garden. Very comfy beds and sofas. Huge TV in the main lounge with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Freesat. It was great to have plenty of cutlery and plates/glasses etc. and a huge dining table. Plenty of free street parking too. Good location - 10 minutes drive from Sandbanks Beach. 5 minutes drive to the small parade of shops in Canford Cliffs (Great Italian restaurant there with lovely patio called Baffi). 5 minute drive (15 minute walk down the chine (wooded valley)) to Branksome Chine Beach. Good cafe with lovely terrace for drinks in the afternoon (Branksome Cafe). We were 2 families with teenagers and we would definitely stay here again.

You can expect so much space in this lovely home! From check in to check out everything was straight forward, clean and fresh and the location for us was spot on.

Beautiful, huge house! Great location! We have had a lovely weather and stunning seaside holiday! Brilliant. sandy, quiet beach only 15 min walk or 3 min drive. We had a lovely barbecue food prepared out in the beautiful garden. Definitely would recommend it for 2 or 3 families with children.

Very nice place and location. Just 5 to 10 minutes away from Bournemouth beach. The house was lovely and spacious, and the garden area is well kept.

This was a great place for a family gathering, good value for money and very close to the beach. There is only one oven so cooking for everyone is interesting. The house was clean with lots of areas and the huge kitchen table was fabulous for us all to eat at.

Beautiful house, spacious and excellent for families. Great location -15 minutes walk from a lovely beach. The house had all amenities and nicely proportioned. It does need some more internal TLC to match the beautiful features.

We have just returned from an Easter break staying at this property , 13 adults and one infant. Beautiful house , very clean , spacious and very well equipped! All the bedrooms & bathrooms are lovely. Good location , you can take a walk through woodlands or use the roads to access the beach which we found easy with a baby, restaurants and pubs also not to far away. We didn’t find parking a problem outside the property either! We all loved it and will definitely be booking again.

Lovely spacious house for our family of 12. Very clean and great amenities. Excellent location for a break, with access to attractions on foot and by car. A waste collection service needs to be put in place however, as external bins were already overflowing when we arrived, so all we could do was add to the piles. A fortnightly collection is too lengthy when being run as a business. Overall, would highly recommend and will look to return.

We had a wonderful family weekend, the house comfortably accommodated 5 families and our guests aged between 1 and 81 all felt at home. A really lovely holiday home in a fantastic location, with such a lovely woodland walk down to the stunning beach. Highly recommend to other family groups.
