Holiday agent and landlord were great. Instructions about the flat's location and how to get in were confusing. The flat is located in the second building on the right hand side of a very steep street opposite the hilton hotel. The flat is number 3 on the second floor. It is unlikely that you will find free parking outside the flat as it is always full. There are no other free parking spaces anywhere near by, so you will have to park in the £15 per night NCP down the road. The instructions to get in should have been that there is a small aleyway to the right of the building where the key locks are. It took me a long time to figure out how to get in. The flat its self is great although noise from the neighbours and the main road, is very intrusive if you are a light sleeper. Location is fantastic. Flat is new, clean and everything works. Could do with having a few more amenities for cooking, perhaps some cooking oil, tin foil, a decent knife amd chopping board, and some salt amd pepper.

5 star review - Wonderful property and host. Everyone I spoke to that looked after the property were extremely friendly. Rooms were nice and really enjoyed my stay here. There is everything you need as if you were at home, plus we were welcomed with prosecco, milk and other things in the fridge. Have left a couple of things by accident and they have been very responsive and helpful in helping me get my things back. Highly recommended!

5* - It is a great location with easy access to the sea as well as many shops and restaurants. The place is well maintained and professionally managed. It is very good value for money given the desirability of the location and the average price for the area. We would definitely wish to stay there for our next holiday in Bournemouth.

The apartment has and liked it and the location was great! We were very well received with chocolate and welcome drinks:) The kitchen equipment could be expanded a bit. Unfortunately, the dishes were still partially dirty. It was great that there were dishwashing machine taps. The apartment is very close to the ring and the windows are not insulated at all. In the bedroom you can hear the cars on the street very loud. But it was a very nice stay and we felt comfortable:)

5* Booked a 4 night stay for a cheerleading competition at the BIC and couldn’t have been happier with this accommodation. Close to the arena, spotlessly clean, managed to park outside, clear instructions, lovely decor, milk and other drinks in the fridge, chocolates on arrival, plus when the remote was missing for the tv a new one was dropped off before I even had chance to mention it. 10/10 will hopefully book again for next year

5/5 - Very Comfortable Stay. Had a very easy check in as all the details provided for the location was very clear and concise. The flat itself smelled lovely and was very clean upon arrival as well as being provided with a lot of resources that other holiday apartments usually don't provide such as fans, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer, umbrella, many cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and even body wash. Furthermore additional gifts were provided such as chocolates and beverages which were very much appreciated. The location is also very close to the city centre as well as the beach which made our stay very convenient. Overall had a lovely stay and had no issues whatsoever.

5* - We visited place during the week of half term 31.05 - 04.06.2022 and I must say the flat is just perfect! It was clean on our arrival, well prepared with little gift surprise and even fresh flowers :) Location 10/10 - 5 minutes to beautiful sandy beach! Flat appliances 10/10 - hot kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine and oven plus very modern spacious shower! Cleanness - 10/10. Communication with Agent - 10/10 - we were renting Airbnb first time and they were very helpful *Only one thing to be noted, insulation between upper flat was not the best, so if you would like to sleep very long, that may be a problem. However it was ok for us! We will back there for sure!

We had a lovely stay, the location was ideal and the flat was lovely and clean. The drinks and snacks on our arrival was a nice touch. The check-in process wasn’t ideal as the keys were posted to my home address, my friends were unable to check in until I arrived. I’d also recommend bringing an eye mask for those staying on the sofa bed. The blinds aren’t the best and it is very light in the mornings. No complaints about the property or the hosts and we’d happily stay there again.

Place is at a perfect location, 5 mins walk to the beach. Very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The apartment is great, clean and has everything you need. Andy, the Host was also friendly. Highly recommend it.

Spent a pleasant and comfortable 17 days here, the apartment is in a good location, a few minutes' walk from the center and the small park by the sea, just across from Hillton where I first came to Bournemouth to live, which made me very happy because it reminds me Have a good time with the family, and then the room is very new and clean, simple and comfortable, the living room and open kitchen are bright and spacious, the refrigerator is large, the oven and stove are very useful, the kitchen utensils are complete, the bedroom layout is comfortable, and the attached bathroom is dry and wet. Separated, the shower room is big enough to dry clothes and it is convenient, equipped with a bath towel drying rack, which is in line with our Chinese habits. The landlord also presented fruit juice and milk water. It is very intimate. In short, life here is very comfortable and convenient, and I feel at home. My favorite among Airbnb living in the UK, I specifically recommend it to friends from China in Chinese. I will come to Bournemouth in the future and hope to return here.

We arrived at the flat after collecting keys from the letting agents. It was tidy, easy to find and had small touches like milk and towels. The location is amazing. Right in the town centre and five minutes from the beach. The value for what you get is incredible. We would highly recommend staying here. Only problem was having to pay for parking as road outside was busy but that can’t be helped. Didn’t take away from the stay at all.

A super clean modern apartment with really easy communication for the stay. Very easy to book and stay. The host added a few lovely touches when we arrived which made it that extra bit special. Apartment was spotlessly clean and was the perfect size for a few nights stay. The street offered free parking (when available) which is great given how close to the town centre it is. An incredible location for the Beach and local area. Plenty of lovely places to drink and eat nearby and not to mention incredible value for money!! Highly recommended!!!

Great location, extremely close to the centre and lovely restaurants / food delivery. Hosts were helpful with queries and we got our keys delivered in a timely manner, small touches were appreciated such as some bits in the fridge. Parking is a hassle, NCP is close by but is very tight.

5/5 - Beautiful apartment and excellent location. The apartment was very clean and tidy, very central location and a very short walk to the beach. Very impressed that essentials such as milk, orange juice, tea and coffee were provided. However wifi could’ve been stronger, as it frequently lost connection. Would overall highly recommend!

Loved my stay here everything u need at hand in the flat , it was comfortable spotless and very stylish. Parking outside is free which was a great bonus ,left car there the whole holiday as everything is 5 min walking distance. I will 100% be back as could not fault anything with accommodation or location
