4* Great place to stay, very tidy and well kept. Incredible service from the agency. I personally felt like some of the key information like the address to the location could’ve been more visible rather than embedded in an email with loads of information. Also an instruction on how to use stuff like the cooker, microwave and others would’ve been a lot more risk averse as I had to literally figure out how to (not too hard but some sort of info would defo help). Had to buy my own lighter for the cooker as well which was a bit odd and also the front door instruction did mention a dishwasher which I couldn’t find. (This is all subject to the specific property I lodged in) But overall, I’d say I’m pleased with the service received and I’d recommend it.

Huge flat, tons of space, bigger than expected. Great location only 10 mins bus ride from town centre. Great restaurants and cafes around. Really quiet despite being on the main road. Easy parking in the streets nearby. Could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing to worry about. Would stay again.

We had a really lovely week here, the flat is about a 25 minute walk into Bournemouth town centre. The flat was very spacious, clean and secure.

A great stay in perfect location, the flat is much bigger and more homely than it seems in the pictures, which was a nice surprise. Maybe just be aware that there were there were the odd missing amenities, like no sponge or tea towel for washing up, no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom and no spare toilet paper. Other than that, a very pleasant stay, we would definitely consider coming back again. Thank you for having us!

Amazing, modern apartment - even better than the pictures provided! Fair walk to the beach, which we enjoyed. Nice location with restaurants and the coast just a short Uber away! Great open plan kitchen diner and private balcony, making it easy to have a good time with any sized group.

4/5 - Fantastic apartment very high quality. The apartment looks better in real life than the photos, has everything you need. Air con would have been nice as it was quite warm but overall the place was superb. I would recommend and use again. Park on next street down the hill. There’s a fair amount of local shops, restaurants and a good bus service which stops outside the apartment. The door entry takes a little getting used to - press the unlock padlock after entering the code on the apartment front door.

Lovely apartment, few teething problems - 4/5 - Beautifully laid out, very high spec fixtures and fittings, really large apartment and location is perfect for choice of shops, restaurants and bars, all walking distance, beach is 1/2 hr walk if you feel up to it or 10 min drive, feels very secure all key coded doors, lovely outdoor space perfect for a private meal or outside drinks, couple of teething problems for us including basement toilet/shower blocked on day of arrival and washing machine not been plumbed in so flooded hallway but both problems rectified with plumbers and drain company’s within hours, so all good, great base to explore Bournemouth and surrounding areas, would definitely stay here again.

4/5 - Taylor House. A great base from which to explore the coast. Spacious and clean. Newly refurbished. Very safe & secure. The basement had a slight smell of damp and had a dehumidifier set up to help combat this but otherwise very comfortable. A small decking area served as a great sun trap for morning coffee. Parking not a problem either.
