OVERALL: 10/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - So lovely to be able to all be under one roof for family get together. Close to many amenities and the sea. Good communication from agents. Sorry we didn’t have the weather to enjoy the outside space.

5-star review - This house was perfect for a large group. We were able to enjoy the various communal areas, including the amazing outdoor hut that had plenty of room for us to sit together to enjoy the evenings al fresco! The bbq was a perfect addition to the experience. We also enjoyed breakfast at the garden dining table. Inside the house we had the option of two airy and spacious living rooms, and a large kitchen area with plenty of seating. The facilities were great - it had everything we needed and more for cooking and dining. The bedrooms upstairs gave us plenty of options so that everyone in our group was accommodated. There were plenty of bathrooms so there were never any queues! Finally, the location was perfect - just a 10-minute walk to the front. Southbourne is a fantastic small town on the outskirts of Bournemouth offering a quieter alternative but with plenty of choice for drinking and dining out, plus loads of shops to buy supplies. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house and can’t wait to go back!
