BEDROOMS - This apartment has a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has been tastefully furnished, the lounge is equipped with a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE MACHINE. Please note that although this accommodation sleeps a maximum of two people, there is a sofa bed in the lounge for the convenience of flexible sleeping arrangements if required. There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note a space is not reserved or guaranteed). There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk).
