The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds which are fitted with two small doubles (4ft each). The house has a separate lounge which is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and BLU RAY DVD and there is FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a modern kitchen/diner which includes a breakfast bar and stools and is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WINE COOLER. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the garden. The property has a ground floor toilet and an additional family bathroom on the first floor, which features a bath with a shower facility and a toilet The garden boasts a spacious lawn and a decked area, where guests will find table and chairs for their convenience. There is allocated parking for two cars in the driveway. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. EPC GRADE - D.
