The lounge is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV with DVD PLAYER and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. This apartment comes with one allocated off road parking space which is located alongside the garages. ADDITIONAL NOTES - The Coastal Loft has it's own entrance which is accessed by a set of fire escape external steps, these may not be overly suitable for small children or people with mobility issues. Southbourne is a charming coastal suburb situated on the eastern side of Bournemouth, perfectly positioned between the vibrant seafront of Bournemouth and the historic town of Christchurch. The award-winning Southbourne beach is accessed via the zigzag path at the Fishermans Walk slope, where you will also discover the Victorian funicular cliff lift. At Fishermans Walk itself, families can enjoy a well-equipped childrens playground, a round of crazy golf or simply relax at the popular Café Riva, which sits on the clifftop serving food and drinks. For those who enjoy scenic walks, Boscombe Pier is around a 20 minute stroll along the promenade, while Bournemouth Pier can be reached in about 45 minutes, offering a wonderful way to take in the coastline.
