There is a small separate kitchen with ELECTRIC COOKER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WASHER/DRYER. The bathroom includes a bath and shower facility and there is a separate toilet. Off road parking for one car is available on a first come first served basis (NB
permit must be displayed at all times). There is also a small lift available in the block. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us (linen provided is for 2 x 3ft beds & 1 x 6ft bed - to use the beds in another arrangement please bring any extra linen required). Whilst being a coastal town with notable Victorian architecture and the spire of St Peter's Church - one of three grade I listed churches in the borough - Bournemouth's location has made it a popular destination for many tourists who travel far and wide to explore the town that was founded in 1810. Although the town centre is large with busier parts, the opportunity to escape is never too far.
