Quadruple bedroom (with two smaller 4 foot Double Beds and ensuite shower and toilet) - Triple Bedroom (with memory foam mattress Double Bed, single folding Jay-Be bed and ensuite toilet) (all on the second floor). The lounge has a FLATSCREEN TV - VIRGIN TIVO TV - DVD - FREE WIFI (FIBRE BROADBAND-subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) - in this room you will find a French door to the rear garden. The second sitting room has a FLATSCREEN TV. There is also a large, modern fitted kitchen with dining area and GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER. The separate utility room includes a toilet and sink with WASHING MACHINE. The first floor, fully tiled, family bathroom has a bath, shower facility and toilet. This accommodation has a large, rear, attractive garden with flower beds surrounding the lawn area and patio (please note the garden is not completely enclosed to keep pets in as there are a couple of places where the fence has a hole). There is ample off road parking in the driveway for three cars and also road parking. Please note short breaks are not accepted in school holidays without agreement from the owner. There is a £100 supplement per additional person if more than 10 people are staying in the house (up to a maximum of 12 people). Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. SHORT BREAKS
are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

This is a great place for a large family to spend their holiday, it's nice and spacious and clean, and is situated in easy walking distance to the beach, we had a great holiday and plenty to do for the kids.

Close to beach - 5 STARS - big house, close to beach, parking is only for 2 cars, nice garden on the back, good for pet. comfort living room.
