can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Ideally located because close to the sea and the city + a small supermarket nearby. This accommodation is not perfect for French accustomed to shutters (some light curtains let the day-attention parents of young children ;-), but I do not think I can find better location and at this price for next vacation ! Good contact with the agency who kindly lend us a set of keys and more.
