The modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. The accommodation has a modern bathroom with bath and shower facility. There is also a separate toilet. The large, secure rear garden is mainly lawn and there is a front lawn with flower beds. The property has ample parking in the driveway for at least three cars. ADDITIONAL NOTES - The owner also provides a hairdryer, chairs for the beach and garden and windbreakers. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. Saturday to Saturday bookings are only accepted from 30/03/25 onwards.

There are local shops nearby and the property is within easy reach of either Christchurch or Highcliffe High Streets for the many restaurants, shops, cafes, tourist attractions and family entertainment. Set comfortably between Bournemouth and the New Forest, the popular town of Christchurch is home to Dorset’s finest. Whilst offering an array of unique and quaint attractions including a busy high street, Christchurch too offers a front row seat to some of the finest beaches that Dorset is renowned for. Set in an extremely popular holiday spot, the Avon Beach and Friars Cliff Beach are nearby, which makes the perfect family trip out for you and your children. For those who like to live an active lifestyle and fancy taking the plunge into Dorset’s waters, then head to Highcliffe Beach where you can try out some of the most famous types of water sports on the coast. In addition to its attractive shoreline and extremely safe beaches, Christchurch offers a wide range of entertainment. A short car drive will also take you to Bournemouth town centre or the vast New Forest.

OVERALL: 9/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - Lots of space and close to the beach. Clean and tidy. Lots of information throughout the bungalow on how things worked.We had a double room and two twin beds (There is also a sofa bed). We had excellent weather so the big garden was very useful and we treated ourselves to a BBQ. You could actually seat all of us round both the inside and outside tables. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which was useful and my husband liked the shower head so much, he has ordered one for home! We were late arriving so the lock box saved us worrying about getting in. The kitchen appliances were all a good size. Best of all, the beach is just down the road with toilets and café. (sand / shingle). We only visited it once as we were here to see my son in Bournemouth but would certainly stay here again. Perfect for a family. We have a slightly bigger car so the driveway was a bit tight for us but big once you were on. It was further along the coast than I thought so we had to drive to get to Bournemouth but that is purely our circumstances. It does say there is no food (salt / pepper etc) so I had to guess what I would need. There is a Sainsbury's to drive to and some smaller shops I believe.

5-star review - Perfect location, only a short walk to the beach and crabbing. Spacious bungalow, clean and very comfortable. Large garden. Well equipped. We hope to stay there again.

OVERALL: 10/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - Spacious detached bungalow in a lovely location, quiet area, 5 minute walk to the sea. Kitchen with all mod cons. Super powerful shower in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay.
