The open plan living area, with bifold doors to the decking area, includes a 50" SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from the Internet service Provider). From the lounge is the dining area with patio doors which give access through to the side wrap around garden. Off the dining area is the modern kitchen with granite work surface, a breakfast bar and a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE - AIR FRYER. There are stairs down to the lower ground floor where you will find the games room with a dart board and 7ft multifunction table, including pool, air hockey and table tennis. Great location. The house is situated 5 mins from the main high street, which was great. The surrounding area is a bit hilly. Loud voices and noises from party goers can be heard quite clearly in the loft room at the top of the house. One of the double rooms was very bright in the morning. Lovely welcome pack. Very well equipped with all everyday household appliances. The children loved the games room. The balcony was great for drinks and socialising.. We even had a bbq - equipment was available, just had to buy the coals. Clean and comfortable.

5* - We had a great time in this fantastic house. Our triplet 3 year olds loved staying up on the top floor in the large studio-style room (bedroom 1). The other bedrooms were all very comfortable and all had ensuites except for bedroom 4, which has a bath/shower room directly across the hall. The girls loved playing air hockey in the games room and running about on the decking & side garden. This is an amazingly spacious house, with plenty of space to spread out and relax both inside and outside. You do have to use the stairs quite often to get about the place, but this keeps you in shape for the somewhat hilly terrain of Bournemouth!

5* - Fabulous House! We really enjoyed our stay in Bournemouth (it helped that the weather was amazing!). The house itself is extremely well setup, with everything you can think of available and gorgeous furnishings. The wireless chargers were great feature. Bournecoast Holiday Agent provided all the information we needed ahead of our arrival and responded to any queries really quickly. We hope to be back!
