The modern, fitted kitchen includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, shower facility and toilet. From the wooden decked balcony you can enjoy panoramic SEA VIEWS to the Purbecks and Isle of Wight. This accommodation comes with allocated off road parking for one car. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. Pets only accepted on holiday rentals (not winter lets/short term lets).

LOCAL AREA
Known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne-On-Sea is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, with many attractions within walking distance. Southbourne is home to one of the many Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensures a perfect family day out at and this accommodation is situated on the cliff top just opposite the zig-zag path down to those beaches. You will also find a very popular children’s play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the cafes. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove, which harbours a long shopping street that has a unique mix of individual shops. Here you’ll find local amenities such a post office, bank, pharmacy and chain supermarkets including both Tescos and Sainsburys, for those who wish to cook at home of an evening. Although still a popular resort, Southbourne-On-Sea is an area for tourists keen to escape the busier areas of Bournemouth town centre. Why not catch the land train which runs across to the most eastern part? A train runs across Hengistbury Head from the bus terminus to the beach, where you’ll find a prime spot for some kite flying. Close by is the charming, pretty market town of Christchurch for those who enjoy the combination of some shopping with delightful river walks. A short drive or a lovely beach stroll will find the cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth offering endless entertainment and dining for all the family as well as ample shopping opportunities. Nearby Poole offers access to the delights of Brownsea Island by boat offering the opportunity to do something completely different as well as even more sandy beaches, Poole Park with the boating lake and water sports centre. Something for everyone.

are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.
