OVERALL: 7/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 7.5 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 5) - Relaxed, comfortable and very quiet The quietness of the area, the cleanliness of the house and the garden, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfy and very clean, and the parking space was manageable It was very frustrating that the check in was only at 3 pm and the check out was too early, at 10 am. For the amount of money we paid to stay there (three nights and four days), we were quite sacked out too early. At 10 am we had to vacate the property, at this early time we couldn't have a proper rest and we had to rush out with our children. I think the check out time must be changed.

We appreciate that a 10am departure can feel early, particularly when travelling with children. Our standard check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am, as the Changeover Agents need sufficient time between bookings to thoroughly prepare the whole property for the next arriving guests. These times are provided before booking so guests can take them into consideration when planning their stay. OVERALL: 7/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 7.35 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 7.5) - We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location if you have a car. Car park space on drive. Good size kitchen. Outside space with seating on decking. Only negative - One toilet downstairs.
