BEDROOMS - Double Bedroom (with King Size Bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with toilet) - Triple Bedroom (with King Size Bed and small Single Bed) - Twin Bedroom - Double Bedroom - Twin Bedroom (with two small Single Beds) (all these bedrooms are on the first floor). Twin Bedroom (with two small Single Beds) - Triple Bedroom (with three small Single Beds) (both these bedrooms are on the second floor). The spacious sitting room has a TELEVISION - SKY FREESAT - DVD PLAYER. There is a second sitting room with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW. The property has FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a large kitchen/dining room which includes a 6 RING GAS HOB - ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN - DISHWASHER. The utility room houses an AMERICAN STYLE FRIDGE/FREEZER - WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER - from here there is a door to the boot room. The modern, fitted bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle and a toilet (this is situated on the first floor). There is also a second modern, bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet (located on the second floor). You will find a further separate toilet on the ground floor. This accommodation has extensive and secluded, staggered gardens with a heated summer house, patio area, several decked platforms and two separate lawns (the property has two barbecues). There is road parking available however please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. LOCAL AREA
Branksome Chine which leads to Branksome Beach is within walking distance of the property, and is an ideal way to reach the sea, as well as a peaceful place for a woodland stroll. Once on the golden shore there are many traditional seaside activities to choose from. Branksome has a superb safe, sandy beach, a popular restaurant right next to the beach and the famous beach huts. Branksome beach offers spectacular views of Poole Bay and across the coastline. Alum Chine is in the other direction, Alum Chine beach is hugely popular with families due to a pirate-themed large adventure playground, toilets with baby changing facilities, RNLI lifeguard stations, pubs and ice cream kiosks. From Alum Chine beach you can take a peaceful stroll through the exotic woodlands. Westbourne is a short walk away and is an elegant district of Bournemouth and known affectionately as 'The Village', offering a mix of design specialists, beauty stores and delicious delis, pubs and child-friendly restaurants. Just beyond Westbourne is a particular feature of this area, which is the beautiful Coy Pond Gardens, pretty ponds in an urban setting with exotic trees and gentle walks along the river. The pleasant walk-through Bournemouth Gardens provides a tranquil and scenic walk on foot to Bournemouth Town Centre and even more sandy beaches. Bournemouth town centre has a lot to offer families holidaying in this popular resort including the award-winning beaches and gardens, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and entertainment for the whole family. Sandbanks, which is considered to be one of the most exclusive areas anywhere in the world, is just a short drive away. Sandbanks is a spectacular peninsular of land at the entrance to Poole Harbour. As you drive along the peninsula you can see the harbour on your right. The water on the harbourside is very shallow for a long way out and perfect for practising water sport activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing and dinghy sailing.

5-star review - Great location, plenty of off road parking, spacious house. we loved our stay there. 4 mins to the closest beach and 8 mins drive to Sandbanks beach. Kitchen had everything we needed so highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints about the property in general as it suited us as a large family and was ideally located. The rooms were all good sizes, beds were comfortable and we spent a lot of time around the large kitchen table.
