LOCAL AREA
The property is situated on the cliff tops of Southbourne-On-Sea at The Crossroads where you can find a convenience store and cafes. The centre of Southbourne-On-Sea itself lies just a short distance from the apartment. The resort has superb sandy beaches, a very popular children's play park on the cliff top, restaurants, fabulous views sweeping from the Isle of Wight across Poole Bay to the Isle of Purbeck, a shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. The main area of Southbourne-On-Sea is Southbourne Grove, a long shopping street that has some unique and individual shops rather than high street chain shops. Christchurch lies a pleasant walk or short drive away offering some lovely architecture, a weekly market and delightful river walks. Boscombe and Bournemouth centres can be reached either by a long pleasant stroll along the beach or a short car ride. The town centre offers something for everyone in the way of entertainment, shopping and dining opportunities for all.

can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. This comfortable apartment has a lovely lounge/kitchen area with good equipment. Good to be able to sit on the balcony and see the sea and coastline of Studland. Easy walk down to the local beach and the promenade takes you all the way to Bournemouth.

Brilliant Holiday - we really enjoyed our time at the apartment. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space for a family of four. The view of the sea was lovely from the balcony and the children enjoyed looking out. The location was perfect as most local amenities were near by.
