You will also find a separate dining area. The ground floor bathroom has a whirlpool bath, shower facility and toilet. The first floor shower room has a shower cubicle and toilet. This property has a patio garden, lawn and summer house. There is off road parking available for two cars in the drive. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. £125 supplement should be added to all short break prices. Small, fully house trained dogs are accepted only.

LOCAL AREA
At the corner of the road it leads you to Christchurch Quay which offers access through to the riverside walks, park, café, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, children's play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool.. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Vintage Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). Just around the corner is the very interesting Red House Museum and Gardens which is a charming Georgian building, built as a workhouse in 1764, now filled with a rich variety of displays and objects which reflect the social and natural history of the area, its geology and archaeology. Alongside the Christchurch Priory you will find ruins of the Norman castle. There are picturesque walks along Town Quay - the superbly restored 900 year old Place Mill is open to visitors, the very many swans and the river boat traffic add to the atmosphere here. With a short drive to the surrounding sandy beaches and within easy reach of Bournemouth town centre this property really gives you opportunity to experience the area's many different tourist offers.

are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Very pleasant accommodation, close to local attractions and the New Forest. Our party of 3 were very pleased with the accommodation, which provided everything we needed to make our stay really pleasant and comfortable. We spent a short break from Wednesday evening until Sunday morning and found the house a perfect base for exploring the local area and the New Forest. I would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation.

Excellent Bungalow. The location of the bungalow was just about perfect. Easy access to town and a short walk to the park and quay for the dog. The town itself has everything you would want and the surrounding area such as Mudeford and Hengistbury Head is a must to visit. The bungalow itself was comfortable enough and well equipped.
