There is a modern, fitted kitchen with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. The separate shower room also has a toilet (newly installed in 2019). There is one allocated parking space with this accommodation. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. NOTES - £100 Refundable Damage Deposit for Holiday Lets. Minimum of 7 night bookings (May - Sep) and maximum of 14 night bookings only accepted.

LOCAL AREA
Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch. Boscombe offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Just approximately 100 yards from the apartment is the Overstrand beach front shops and cafes and Boscombe pier. The sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for early morning swimming, surf lessons and body boarding. Boscombe Pier is an enroute stop for the summertime open top buses running between Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth and Alum Chine, so let the breeze run through your hair! The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. This property is also just a short walk from the delightful Boscombe Chine Gardens for mini golf, children's splash park and floral displays. Boscombe is an important and busy part of Bournemouth and has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes. It is a busy seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and night time activity of its own. This area is close enough to central Bournemouth for you take full advantage of both places and is a great location for a beach holiday.

5* - A lovely little flat suitable for a couple and has a sofa bed which could support a second couple or a child if needed. With a great view of the Sea and a short 90 second walk to Boscombe Pier, this flat is perfectly situated for those who want quick access to the beach. Boscombe is couple miles walk along the beach from Bournemouth so easy access to Bournemouth but without all the noise and partying. Flat is clean and well maintained and suited our needs perfectly. Bed was super comfortable with lots of storage for clothes etc. Bathroom was clean, reasonably sized with a shower (but no bath for those who want one - which we didn’t). Kitchen was small but functional with all the utensils and appliances you would need to make your own dinners. Living room is larger than expected with a comfortable sofa and a fold up dining table which is quick to extend and then put away again. I would recommend.

5* - The place is a beauty. Everything is tidy with complete amenities… the view is just spectacular. We extended for two nights more. Indeed, it’s a home away from home with a sea view.

This property is great for a family, we had a family of four in there no problem the sofa bed is big enough for 2 more children it needs be, which is ideal. Location is very good, not far for Bournemouth and other Beauty spots a far drive either. Just watch out for the top right window I’m the lounge, very loose so don’t use. Other than that, very nice stay.

Cleanliness and Tidiness, 10/10 we really like the apartment, soft carpets, big shower, very clean and tidy. Furnishing, 10/10 for sofa, bed is comfy everything was great. Great location, quite at night Thank you
