LOCAL AREA
Bournemouth has seven miles of golden sands and sparkling sea. The town centre is large with busier parts, together with the opportunity to escape never being too far away. Whilst en route to Bournemouth’s seafront, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, another spectacular area of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of shops such as a large department stores, high street brands and boutiques, there is enough to keep you occupied throughout your stay. Perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. The Royal Bath Hotel opposite allows visitors to use their pool and spa facilities for a small charge. Further information, including opening times, can be found on their website (https

As this property is a few minutes walking distance from Bournemouth centre and the sandy beaches it is in a prime and very popular location.

SHORT BREAKS
are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Reviews & comments

Lovely apartment in excellent location. Noisy at night with local traffic on roundabout. Suited for couples or friends, not ideal for families. Wifi good, plenty of towels and bedding. Bathroom a little small. Little tricky to find, simple add to directions that it is next to Prezzo would be helpful. Host was very accommodating let us have late check out last minute and didn't charge. Beryl bikes are also a must and bike station under flat. Highly recommended.

4 of us came to stay during a massive heatwave! Lovely location, amazing rooms and a brilliant home to stay in. Only problem I would advise is that the sofa bed is not as comfortable for long duration. Apart from that, perfect!!
