The modern bathroom includes a bath, shower facility and toilet. For parking there are local car parks nearby (Bournemouth Central Car Park offers long stay paid parking). There is a lift in the block which services the floor this apartment is located on. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. LOCAL AREA
Bournemouth has seven miles of golden sands and sparkling sea. The town centre is large with busier parts, together with the opportunity to escape never being too far away. Whilst en route to Bournemouth’s seafront, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, another spectacular area of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of shops such as a large department stores, high street brands and boutiques, there is enough to keep you occupied throughout your stay. Perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. The Royal Bath Hotel opposite allows visitors to use their pool and spa facilities for a small charge. Further information, including opening times, can be found on their website (https

As this property is a few minutes walking distance from Bournemouth centre and the sandy beaches it is in a prime and very popular location.

SHORT BREAKS
are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Location is so convenient, easily accessible to get to essential places, short walk to the beach no need to complain. Finding the apartment was a bit of an issue personally, but once it was found there was no complaints. We enjoyed staying in your apartment, really convenient for someone like myself that disability issues. Would recommend.

A superb, new, clean and stylish apartment right in the heart of Bournemouth. The location is incredible - just a few minutes from the beach and town centre! The flat is spacious and peaceful, well designed and spotlessly clean. The only issues were that toilet roll is not provided for the duration of your stay, so remember to bring/buy your own, also the kitchen is technically stocked but it's clear that nobody has ever actually cooked there, as there aren't really all the basic things you need like a tea towel or dishcloth, and the few saucepans they have are tiny (only big enough for e.g. heating beans, not for cooking a whole meal for two), and the knives are all blunt. (Also worth noting there is no dishwasher). Finally, there is a smell of stale cigarettes which gets worse when the room is warm, it seems as though the apartment has been freshly painted but the cupboards and floors still have a very faint tobacco smell. However, other than these few very minor items, the apartment really is brilliant - it's a perfect location and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the town. Everything else is truly great - good bathroom, comfortable bed, fast wifi etc. I definitely recommend it and we would happily stay again!
