The kitchen includes a SINGLE RING ELECTRIC FREESTANDING COUNTER TOP INDUCTION COOKER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. There is a separate shower room with toilet. Outside the property there is a compact decked area. The accommodation has road parking only (please note that this is not reserved or guaranteed). Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. EPC GRADE - D. This property would be ideal for individuals, couples or those with a small child as the property contains an additional mattress for a child.

LOCAL AREA
At the end of the road you will find access down to the miles of sandy beaches at Fisherman's Walk with its Victorian cliff lift lowering to the glistening waters below, an ideal beach location for those coastal lovers. This holiday property is also walking distance to Southbourne High Street for local shops including banks, post office, launderette, bespoke boutiques, bars and restaurants. A slightly longer walk will lead you to Boscombe which is the UK’s most innovative seafront attraction. The Overstrand beach front complex, designed in 1958, has been transformed into a year-round leisure facility catering to water sports enthusiasts in the winter and traditional beach visitors in the summer.
If all that is not enough for you, or you want to extend your stay, you can jump in the car and within easy reach of the property is the town centre of Bournemouth for a wide variety of family entertainment, with traditional seaside attractions.

SHORT BREAKS
are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Loved every minute of my stay. I was travelling alone so nervous about the experience but Gilly and Richard were warm and welcoming- there if needed but not intrusive. Location perfect for what I wanted - quick access to beach and shops and The lodge met all my needs for the time I was there. A great find and I hope to be back.

Great holiday, fab location - 5/5. I loved my holiday away here. The accommodation was perfect. An annex at the back of the house. Private with a small outside seating area. The owners were so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The annex was very clean with all the amenities needed. The little sea side touches were so lovely. It was so close to the beach it was 2 min drive or you could walk. It’s close to shops too which was an added bonus. I had fantastic weather but would have loved it there even if cold! The cliff views were amazing and the beach was so clean. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

5/5 - Lovely accommodation and would love to come back to it on our next holiday. I must say we have had a wonderful time staying at this place. The place is very comfortable for a small family with clean and well-maintained to Covid-19 high hygiene standards. Gilly & Richard’s family are lovely people – warm, welcoming and has been very helpful to us in making our stay comfortable and hugely helpful in planning our travel to see the places around. We would recommend this place any day to people of all age groups, couples and families with kids.

A brilliant place to stay for exploring Bournemouth and the Dorset coast. The hosts are welcoming, very friendly and able to offer great local advice. The apartment is more spacious than the pictures suggest, it’s a great place to get back to at the end of a days walking. Overall a great day and we would definitely stay again if in the area.
