LOCAL AREA
In Tuckton you will find restaurants, takeaways and local convenience stores . If you walk through Tuckton you will come to Wick Village which is on the southern bank of the River Stour just before it enters Christchurch Harbour. Wick River has many attractions including crazy golf, children's play park, tea room, bumper boats and a ferry that leads down to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Beach. Although only half a mile away from Christchurch, Tuckton is in the borough of Bournemouth, the town centre of which is 4.5 miles away. Wick today retains much of its historic character, including some very old timber framed buildings. Wick Fields are an important part of the Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve. With a short drive to the surrounding sandy beaches and within easy reach of Bournemouth town centre this property really gives you the opportunity to experience the many different local areas.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

This was a great base for a few days away with the children at half term, easy drive to the beach and in to Bournemouth Center and Christchurch was a nice walk for all of us. The apartment was very clean, the modern kitchen was well equipped and there was great communication throughout from the agency. I would definitely recommend!
