There is a separate kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. There is a communal bicycle store in the building. Cycling equipment (2 adult bikes, 2 adult helmets, 2 bike locks, 1 bike pump & a bike toolkit) can be used by the visitors for free (at their own risk). Information will be provided within the property about how to access the bicycles (terms and conditions apply and need to be agreed to with the owners prior to use). This accommodation comes with one allocated parking space. Please note there are two small flights of stairs (approximately 12 steps each) to access the apartment. LOCAL AREA
There are excellent local transport links, as it is on the main bus route to Bournemouth town centre (which is also walking distance away) with frequent buses to Poole, Christchurch, Boscombe and surrounding areas. It is also walking distance from Bournemouth train station, two minutes by car from Asda supermarket and five minutes by car from the A338 leading to the M27. As a convenience for your holiday there is a Co-Op convenience store and cash point on the ground floor of the building. Bournemouth benefits from having Bournemouth Pier, Bournemouth Pier is a traditional pier with beautiful views over the bay with the Isle of Wight on one side and the Purbeck Hills on the other. You will also find on the Pier an all weather adventure activity centre ‘RockReef‘. The centre features a range of attractions including Clip ‘n’ Climb, Highline, Pier Cave, ‘Leap of Faith’ jumping challenge and vertical drop slide. Located at the very end of the Bournemouth Pier and the first of its kind in the world, the PierZip is an experience not to be missed! The pier has a wide selection of attractions, retail outlets and entertainment. Just a short walk from the Pier you will come to the beautiful Lower Gardens leading up into Bournemouth Town Centre with all of its fantastic shopping and tourist attractions ranging from Rock and Pop Concerts at the Bournemouth International Centre to Art Exhibitions, and the numerous restaurants, theatres, shops and comedy clubs, forming Bournemouth’s centre for Leisure and Tourism. Bournemouth’s seven miles of award-winning blue flag beaches stretch from Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve at the mouth of Christchurch Harbour, all the way across to the world renowned and extremely exclusive Sandbanks Peninsular at the mouth of Poole Harbour. This is an ideal holiday location to take advantage of the glorious sandy beaches and town centre facilities.

Excellent Bournemouth Stay. Lovely flat in every way, quiet, bright , clean and with everything you need. Myself and my children enjoyed having en-suite bathrooms . Excellent information about the flat and what’s in the area. 15 minute walk to Bournemouth sea front. Staying here is highly recommended.

Great Find. The good reviews were well-earned. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and in a good location. There was a very convenient Co-op store right underneath the flats. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is modern, spacious and having two shower rooms was a real bonus. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the bus/train station and a 10-15 minute walk to beaches and shops.

Ideal Location! Spent 1 night in this lovely flat with my partner at the end of March. As a young couple we found it the perfect distance from the night life of Bournemouth as well as the famous beach. It was approximately a 10 minute walk to the popular bars whilst also being far enough away that we were not disturbed by any noise when deciding to head to bed. On top of this we then found the beach was a short walk away the following morning. The flat itself was clean and modern with an impressive amount of space to relax or make use of the variety of board games/multimedia on offer. Overall both of us were very pleased with the accomodation and are already planning our next trip down south to stay again!

Amazing flat! Such a lovely spotless flat, less than 10 minute stroll to the beach and equally short walk into the town centre. Very quiet, great nights sleep and so handy to have the co-op and parking space too. Enjoyed the Wii and board games! Will definitely be back soon.
