There is the convenience of a WASHING MACHINE which is situated in the downstairs cupboard. There is also a second lounge on the second floor, which the children can enjoy, and there is a separate dining room. In the first floor bathroom there is a bath, shower facility and toilet. On the second floor the shower room has a double shower cubicle and toilet. There is another separate toilet located on the first floor. The lawn garden is at the front of the property where you can sit and relax during your stay. The accommodation comes with three parking spaces in the drive. Great family home - 5/5. A great family home with lots of space. We traveled as a family of 5 and plenty of room for everyone. The home has comfortable beds and a great homely feel. The only things missing were a couple of t towels and a hairdryer so take your own.

4/5 - Lovely property-well recommended - The property we stayed in was very good. The layout of the property worked perfectly for the 7 of us. There was ample parking off road for our 2 cars. The property provided everything we needed for an enjoyable family stay although the fridge was a little small for so the number of guests. The rooms were spacious, especially the master on the first floor. We enjoyed a number of walks into Bournemouth although it was quite a trek for our 4 year old getting back. We mainly drove to the out of town beaches which allowed for a quieter day. There are some supermarkets locally which we used. Lowther Road itself is a very pleasant road and is well situated as a base. We would recommend this to other families looking for a house to stay. It was extremely reasonably priced compared to its competitors.

5/5 - Great Property for large family. The property was nicely presented and well stocked with more than enough utensils, plates, mugs etc. It was great having the separate additional lounge so you can spread out if you wanted space or privacy.
