There is a separate kitchen with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN. The accommodation includes a separate shower room which also has a toilet. This apartment comes with one allocated parking space. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D.

LOCAL AREA
Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Just a short walk from the apartment is the Overstrand beach front shops and cafes and Boscombe pier. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy golf thrown in for good measure. Boscombe Pier is an enroute stop for the summertime open top buses running between Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth and Alum Chine, so let the breeze run through your hair! The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. Boscombe has a variety of amenities to suit most purpose and Boscombe spa village offers the ultimate adventure park for all ages. From kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, to sailing and skim-boarding and situated in an idyllic setting across Dorset’s beautiful sandy beaches, this location allows all parties to be entertained. The Neptune is a family friendly ‘Gastro Pub’ situated just yards from Boscombe pier, as is the ‘Urban Reef’ café/restaurant situated on the seafront, the perfect end to a family day. WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.

Nice and close to the main street and close to the beach. You have to take quite a few stairs before you reach the apartment.

We are a family with a 3.5 years old, stayed for 5 nights in July 2019. Great location; my little one and I walked down along Sea Road down to Boscombe beach every morning. There is a nice pub opposite too, serve breakfast from 0800. They also have an inexpensive menu for lunch and dinner. Outside: each flat in this building has a designated parking lot. Inside building: a little dated but practical. Inside flat: quality and very comfortable bed, soft bedding, powerful shower and constant hot water. Oven and microwave, toaster and kettle, Pans and pots, bowls and plates, mugs and glasses, cutlery and knifes are all provided. Also towels are provided. We had a lovely stay. My partner and I can chill in the living room on the double sofa bed while out little one sleeps in the double bedroom. Overall, we would stay there again

Wonderful flat, easy parking, perfect location! 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach. Very clean sea water, great for swimming. Overall we had fantastic few days of rest. Thank you, Bournecoast Holiday Team :)

Its pretty easy to check in. The rooms have a nice facility and its easy to catch a bus to go to other places. Also, there is a nice Bar infront of the apartment.
