There is a modern shower room with a toilet (ensuite to the bedroom). The property has a communal courtyard with a patio furniture set. This accommodation has an allocated parking space available in the drive. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - E. A £100 damage deposit is required for holiday lets.

With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth has countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Great value for money - 5/5 - We had a wonderful stay here, the apartment is well equipped ,clean and tidy and only a short walk to the city center and beach. Great location to explore Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.

Great location, really short walk into town. Property was very clean and modern. Ideal for a couple as whilst there is a sofa bed in the lounge which was comfy the only bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so bit awkward if staying with friends. We would book again.

Lovely stay! Perfectly located in the heart of the city. We hardly had to take our car to move around Bournemouth. Súper confortable and very well equipped with everything you need for a night or two in, during your holidays. Modern, clean, bright and beautifully decorated spaces. Peaceful views. We would recommend this to everyone looking for a classy, comfy and enjoyable stay.
