The property has a communal courtyard with a patio furniture set. This accommodation has an allocated parking space available in the drive. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - E. A £100 damage deposit is required for holiday lets.

Although the town centre is large with busier parts, the opportunity to escape is never too far for those wanting a more relaxed holiday. Whilst en route to Bournemouth's seafront, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth has countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Hi just a little note to say thank you for having us stay for these past few nights. It’s been lovely. 100% going to come again. Just to let you know the towel hook on the bedroom door is loose, it can’t hold more then one towel and is losing its stick. One more thing is the fairy washing up liquid is really low now. Fantastic holiday - 5/5 - We have a fantastic holiday in Bournemouth and would definitely recommend staying at Ardum Lodge. It was clean, tidy and well equipped for our stay. It's only a short walk to the beach and town centre. The owners were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning to Ardum Lodge in the future.

Very good location, easy walk into town. Whilst on a main road, barely heard any noise, great glazing. Fully equipped kitchen with Washing machine. Good wifi. We had a great stay. Thank you
