There is a wet room with a shower cubicle (which has a handrail) and a toilet. The garden has a lawn area and a patio area to enjoy alfresco dining. LOCAL AREA

Opposite the bungalow is Seafield gardens which includes a bowling club, tennis courts, public toilets and children’s play area. A short walk away is Tuckton where you will find restaurants, takeaways and local convenience stores . If you walk through Tuckton you will come to Wick Village which is on the southern bank of the River Stour just before it enters Christchurch Harbour. Wick River has many attractions including crazy golf, children's play park, tea room, bumper boats and a ferry that leads down to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Beach. Also just walking distance away is home to one of the many local Blue Flag award-winning beaches, Southbourne Beach. It has miles of safe golden sands ensuring a perfect day out. Just up from the beach on the cliff top at Fisherman's Walk you will find a very popular children’s play park, with the opportunity to stroll along to the local cafes. One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway (they run between Easter and the end of October), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne-On-Sea's Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth. Bournemouth town centre is easily accessible by car or by public transport on the doorstep of the property, if you want to partake in the many activities in the area with more of the hustle and bustle of this seaside town.

We had a fantastic time in this bungalow which is only 11 mins walk from the sea in a quiet residential area. The garden was safe for the children and my little dog too. It was the perfect place for us to stay. There was a BBQ to use and a nice patio area to have drinks on and it was opposite a great park for the kids with a dog walking area too. There was a nice restaurant - Roots only 10 mins walk away serving food of close to Michelin standards and we also enjoyed the food at Chewton Glen which is worth a visit. I hope we will be returning again very soon!

Great bungalow in fab location. Central for all local amenities but super quiet area. Perfect for relaxing but also places in short travelling distance for days out. Bungalow was of high standard and check in instructions very clear
