The compact lounge/diner includes a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading from the lounge is the kitchen area with a modern, stylish kitchen including an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. There is a modern shower room with a toilet. The property has a communal courtyard with a patio furniture set. This accommodation has an allocated parking space available in the drive. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - E. A £100 damage deposit is required for holiday lets.

LOCAL AREA

Although the town centre is large with busier parts, the opportunity to escape is never too far for those wanting a more relaxed holiday. Whilst en route to Bournemouth's seafront, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth has countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Rent a beach hut or take a walk on one of the historic piers - make the most of the outdoors and this wonderful stretch of British seaside. With an excellent selection of restaurants including the BH2 complex and Odeon Cinema just nearby you are spoilt for choice. Bournemouth really is an ideal holiday destination.

Overall we would rate this accommodation highly. But we did want to make other potential guests aware of a couple of issues. I booked the flat for our honeymoon mainly because of the outdoor space (we’re both smokers and wanted to be able to have a drink outside the flat in the evenings). So we were a bit disappointed to find the outdoor area was not actually connected to the property. Our flat was on the first floor so we couldn’t properly enjoy the space without disturbing our neighbours by going upstairs and downstairs throughout the night. This isn’t clear from the pictures and we felt it should have been made clear in the description. We were also a bit surprised to find only one toilet roll and two sachets of coffee were left for us, when there were 2 guests staying four nights. Similarly, there was no oil, salt or pepper, meaning we had to go out and buy these basics that are usually provided in self-catering accommodation. Finally, it was a bit difficult to clean the kitchen as there were no cloths, sponges or tea towels and the washing up liquid was running very low too. If these issues are addressed we’re sure other guests in future will have a 10/10 stay.

Enjoyed this place to stay. Not a bad walk to the beach with two children. There is one hill but we enjoyed our stay and place was very nice. Would stay here again.

Very clean and well presented property. Although we didn't cook in the property it did have everything you would need. Only a 10 - 15 minute walk into Bournemouth town.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The flat was clean and well equipped, with good WiFi and TV access. The location is also good, being both accessible to the train station and the beach/centre.
