The property has a communal courtyard with a patio furniture set. This accommodation has an allocated parking space available in the drive. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. A £100 damage deposit is required for holiday lets.

If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth has countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. I rented Flat 3 in the spring and was so delighted with the experience that I extended my stay for the whole summer. The flat is in a beautiful period property and has been refurbished to a very high standard. There’s a short walk to the town centre, the beautiful Bournemouth gardens and the pier is about 10 minutes away. Mo and Stuart are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and super responsive. I used the flat for leisure, but also worked there as well during lockdown (great environment to do that!). I set my laptop up at the table in the big bay window with great views over the garden. Such a nice period - I would jog down the seafront in the morning, swim and then to be so close to the town centre - I hardly used my car. Thanks for everything Mo and Stuart !

Good location, nice short walk to the centre with lots of bars and restaurants. Beach is close too!

Happy people. 4/5 - The accommodation was spotless and very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything for our requirements. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the lights and extractor coming on every time you used the bathroom. Not good for someone who struggles to sleep. And we don’t understand why the sink was so small in the bathroom. It was difficult to shave !!! Other than these minor things it was a lovely clean place to stay in.

We had a fantastic holiday! The apartments are clean and modern.We have been allocated a car park on site so is very secure to Park( We really were wondering about parking space).Actually every apartment have their own parking space There is a little terrace to use if you are a smoker or you just want to enjoy a coffee outdoors or perhaps to store your bicycles.The host is very thoughtful and always willing to help the guests. The location is amazing near to the beach about 15 minutes walking distance.Close to the city centre as well.There are lots of restaurants and cafes to enjoy at night.
