BEDROOMS - The Double Bedroom has a King Size Bed and an ensuite shower and toilet - the Twin Bedroom includes a door leading to the courtyard garden. There is a lounge with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) and leading from the lounge is the kitchen area which includes a breakfast bar to seat two people and a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - FRIDGE - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE. The kitchen is very well equipped with good quality cooking utensils, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans and good cutlery and china. Within the accommodation you will find a fold up dining table with four chairs. The separate bathroom has a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The apartment has a small private courtyard garden at the rear of the property with outdoor table and chairs. There is an allocated parking space (for a medium size car only) on Monday to Saturday with this accommodation (please note that the car cannot be parked in the allocated space on Sunday evenings due to the bin collection on Monday morning). Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. EPC GRADE - C.

LOCAL AREA

Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch. Boscombe offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Just approximately 100 yards from the apartment is the Overstrand beach front shops, cafes and Boscombe pier. The sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for early morning swimming, surf lessons and body boarding. Boscombe Pier is an enroute stop for the summertime open top buses running between Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth and Alum Chine, so let the breeze run through your hair! The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. This property is also just a short walk from the delightful Boscombe Chine Gardens for mini golf, children's splash park and floral displays. Boscombe is an important and busy part of Bournemouth and has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes. It is a busy seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and night time activity of its own. This area is close enough to central Bournemouth for you take full advantage of both places and is a great location for a beach holiday.

are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

4* - A lovely spacious apartment in a great location very close to the sea. There is a sea view from the lounge window. It was pretty quiet during our stay in the evening helped by the bedrooms being towards the back of the property. Comfortable beds and reasonably clean. Bathrooms and some areas are beginning to look a bit tired but we found them acceptable. Parking space is very tight as the listing states (especially if other guests parking isn't great!) but there is lots of free street parking nearby if this happens or on bin day when you have to move your car. Overall had a great holiday and would love to come back again. :)

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you could need or want was provided. We could see the sea from the sitting room window. We had chairs and beach towels we could take to the beach which was a lovely touch Beautiful beach, lots to see and do in the area. Good local bus service.

The AirBnB on Sea Rd is excellent. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay and a great location close to the beach and shopping areas. The property management team are great to communicate with.Thank you for helping with our luggage and providing great accomodations for our stay.
