There is a separate fitted kitchen with a GAS COOKER - FRIDGE - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE. This annex has the added benefit of a separate compact dining room with a bed settee to sleep one person. The accommodation has a modern shower room and toilet. The property has the benefit of a garden area with table and chairs which is shared with Flat A. This holiday apartment offers a parking space in the drive for one car. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner.

LOCAL AREA

At Southbourne beach you will find Bistro On The Beach, a beachside restaurant with stunning sea views from every table. It has a fully licensed bar and a table service, it’s the perfect venue for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or just snacks. A short walk from the property is a local Co-op convenience store and a short drive will take you to Southbourne Grove where you can find local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The annex is also a short walk away from Tuckton for local shops, restaurants and takeaways. In Tuckton you will find the River Stour where you can go for Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There is also Tuckton Tea Gardens, crazy golf, river boat hire and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. If you catch the ferry to Christchurch Quay you will find access through to more riverside walks, park, café, Boathouse Restaurant and bandstand. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Vintage Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). Hengistbury Head nature reserve is a short drive from the property offering a wide range of leisure activities for those families looking for a more active holiday. Bournemouth and Christchurch town centres are also a short drive away offering extensive entertainment, dining and shopping opportunities and traditional seaside activities.

are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Found this place was ideal for a long weekend nearby family in Southbourne. The accommodation was lovely and clean with everything we needed.

Really easy check in. Good place if you want to get away for a few days. The sofa bed isn’t the greatest but the main bedroom is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need. Local town is very cute and Christchurch is a 20 minute walk away with such a beautiful river, nice shops and a church to visit. Would recommend x

Accommodation as described, very clean, the use of the garden is offered to the guests, we didn’t use it as it was too cold. Walk to the beach is about 15 mins, short drive to the centre of Bournemouth and Mudeford Quay. As it is an annex, we heard people in the main house going up the stairs but only a few times. We didn’t spend much time in the flat as we went exploring so it was enough space for two adults, a five year old child and a baby.
