BEDROOMS - This apartment has a bed/sitting room with a Double Bed and a seating area in the bedroom with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from internet Service Provider). Leading off the bedroom is an ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a modern kitchen which includes a breakfast bar to seat two people and a TWO RING ELECTRIC HOB - MICROWAVE OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE. This accommodation offers a small patio area to enjoy drinks al fresco. The property comes with one allocated parking space in the drive. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us.

LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, and is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. The area makes for the perfect stay, with attractions all within walking distance. It is the home to one of the many local Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensuring a perfect day out. One tourist feature of Southbourne is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway (they run between Easter and the end of October), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne's Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove, which harbours a long shopping street that has a unique mix of individual shops and a wide choice of restaurants. Here you'll find local amenities such as a post office, bank, pharmacy and chain supermarkets including both Tesco's and Sainsbury's, for those who wish to cook at home of an evening. Don't forget to explore Fisherman's Walk nature trail, a stunning walk along the cliff top situated between Fisherman's Avenue and Portman Crescent in Southbourne, linking to Southbourne Grove. It's a narrow strip of wooded land with a nature trail, woodland flowers and shrubs, and plenty of wildlife. A short drive away is Tuckton Tea Gardens which is a traditional cosy cafe set in beautiful gardens beside the River Stour. From here you can climb aboard one of the Classic ferries and take a trip down the River Stour to Christchurch Harbour. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

Lovely place, exactly as the pictures and a really great location a few minutes walk from the beach but also to lots of shops. I would definitely recommend if in the area! Hosts were very welcoming and very helpful as well!

We had a really nice stay at the beach house, everything was perfect! Steph the host made us feel really comfortable on arrival and it was lovely speaking to her. The location was brilliant, a 2 minute walk away from the gorgeous beach, and a few minutes to the high street with a good selection of restaurants/bars. The beach house cannot be faulted! It had everything you need, lovely decor and it was private. We would definitely stay here again, thank you so much for an amazing staycation! Xx

I stayed in property ref FM6323 last week and would like to say it was extremely well-equipped and comfortable place to stay. It's deceptively spacious and so well positioned for both the beach and shops and restaurants. A real find, I hope to return.

The Beach House is a lovely place. Self contained and has everything you would need. The location is great and very close the sea and to the shops and a good base to explore Bournemouth and Dorset. The place was sparkling clean and we felt as staying at home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone who is looking after a clean, comfortable and good value place.
