The apartment has a separate kitchen which has a breakfast bar for two and is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle, whilst there is a separate toilet located next to the bathroom. There is also the convenience of a second toilet on the ground floor, off the entrance hall. The property boasts a large secluded patio garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy alfresco dining. There is one parking space in the drive in front of the garage and there is road parking available (please note the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed).
