This is a beautiful and exceptionally spacious first floor apartment, ideally situated three minutes' walk from Southbourne cliff top in prestigious Boscombe Manor. There is a large living room with a FLATCSREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). This flat has the added benefit of a separate dining room situated adjacent to the kitchen which includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and standalone bath with the toilet next door. There is also a second toilet on the ground floor off the entrance hall. This accommodation has a large secluded patio garden with table and chairs where you can relax after a hard day at the beach! LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. At the end of the road you will find miles of safe, sandy beaches at Fisherman's Walk with its Victorian cliff lift lowering to the glistening waters below, an ideal beach location for those coastal lovers. There is a children's playground, crazy golf and the popular Café Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top and only a short walk from the property. This holiday apartment is also walking distance to Southbourne High Street for local shops including banks, post office, bespoke boutiques, bars and restaurants. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is just a short drive offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also within easy reach by car for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of this traditional seaside town.

are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

5/5 - Fabulous staycation. I will be shooting myself in the foot here as I believe after my review and I suspect many more that it will be very difficult to book this flat. Firstly for a flat it is huge, two large double bedrooms, lovely large sitting room,two separate WCs, bathroom with electric shower, well- equipped kitchen and a dinner room. It is literally a 5 mins saunter to the beach, the café on the beach served the best ice cream. Because of the location, we were able to visit so many different places: Lulworth Bay -stunning; Hengistbury Head and Mudeford sandbank which had w fantastic beach café. Sandbanks harbour and beach are about 25 mins away and great for paddle boarding. We have just had a lovely time.
