A short drive from the house is Castlepoint Shopping complex containing around 40 shops, including major retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Boots, Topshop, Asda, Sainsbury's and Next providing an outdoor mall experience. Playgolf Bournemouth is not far from the house, set in a beautiful rural location with views over the River Stour and Avon Forest it has a dinosaur themed adventure golf experience, state-of-the-art driving range, beautifully landscaped gardens, restaurant, bar and more.
