This accommodation is situated in a residential area between Southbourne High Street with its variety of shops, cafes and restaurants and Southbourne seafront with its clean, sandy beaches, being just a short walk to either. The property is within easy reach of Hengistbury Head or Christchurch and Bournemouth town centres for the many tourist attractions including the Oceanarium. Known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne-On-Sea is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, which attractions all within walking distance. Southbourne is home to one of the many Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensures a perfect family day out at. Just up from the beach, you will find a very popular children’s play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the many cafes. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove, which harbours a long shopping street that has a unique mix of individual shops. Here you’ll find local amenities such a post office, bank, pharmacy and chain supermarkets including both Tescos and Sainsburys, for those who wish to cook at home of an evening. Although still a popular resort, Southbourne-On-Sea is an area for tourists keen to escape the busier areas of Bournemouth town centre. Why not catch the land train which runs across to the most eastern part? A train runs across Hengistbury Head from the bus terminus to the beach, where you’ll find a prime spot for some kite flying.

Great location and amenities. Nice and quiet and the flat is clean and has everything you need for self catering. Minutes walk to the beach. Short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Really nice stay.

Great location for the beach - We stay at flat 5 which is on the top floor. There were 5 of us, we managed to bring a blow up mattress to place on our bedroom for our young daughter to sleep on rather than using the sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms were big and roomy. Nice big family bathroom. The flat is well equipped although we didn’t used the cooking utensils much as only had breakfast in and ate out most of the time while we are there, bring tea towel as non provided in the flat, only bed linens and bath towels provided. The flats are located within 5mins walk to the lovely clean beach of Southbourne which we prefer compared to Bournemouth as much quieter. The beach is well equiped as you can hire deck chairs, parasol and snack bar for ice cream and food. There are a few eateries walking distance from the flat and Tesco express, coop and smaller cafes located on the high street which is 5mins walk. Car park space at the front of the property with 1space allocated to each flat. The area is very safe and quiet. Had a great family holiday as we had very good weather which helps.
