There is an open plan lounge/diner which is a equipped with a 4/5 seater leather sofa with a chaise lounge and a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. This accommodation has a modern bathroom which includes a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note a space is not reserved or guaranteed). The local Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure.
