BEDROOMS - The Master Double Bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a walk in wardrobe/dressing room and a modern ensuite shower room and toilet. There are two further Double Bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has an ensuite shower room with a toilet. On the first floor you will find a fourth Double Bedroom and the fifth bedroom which has Twin Beds. There is a spacious and stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which benefits from under floor heating and surround sound. There are two lounge areas in this room, one of them is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). In the lounge you will find bi-fold doors leading out on to the garden. The modern kitchen area includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The property has the convenience of a separate utility room with a WASHING MACHINE. On the ground floor is a modern bathroom with an oval bath, hand held shower facility and a toilet. There is also a modern shower room and toilet on the first floor. This chalet bungalow has a spacious garden with a patio area and a step down to the lawned garden. LOCAL AREA

Queens Park is one of the largest parks that is in Bournemouth and is home to Queens Park Golf course. In the park is a modern playground, with climbing activities, swings, slides and a cafe. Queens Park Golf Course is set in undulating mature parkland with picturesque tree lined fairways. The rich heritage and challenging test of golf continue to draw golfers from a wide area who enjoy the unique character that Queens Park offers. A very short drive from the house is Castlepoint Shopping complex containing around 40 shops, including major retailers such as Marks and Spencers, Boots, Topshop, Asda, Sainsburys and Next providing an outdoor mall experience. A short drive in the other direction is the Littledown Park, set in 47 acres of parkland with its own high ropes adventure complex, miniature railway, play park and even a paddling pool (open seasonally). Next door is the award-winning Littledown Centre which boasts some of the finest leisure, swimming, football and gym facilities. Christchurch Golf Centre is also close by, set in a beautiful rural location with views over the River Stour and Avon Forest. It has a dinosaur themed adventure golf experience, state of the art driving range, beautifully landscaped gardens, restaurant, bar and more. Just next to this golf centre is a 24 hour Tesco Extra Store to stock up on everything you need. This is also the place to stay if you want to be close to Bournemouth Town Centre to enjoy the hustle and bustle. Bournemouth centre is approximately 1.2 miles away where you will discover the miles of beautiful sandy beaches which all have second to none facilities to provide wonderful family holidays. With countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Also in Bournemouth is the incredible state of the art, 10 screen multiplex ODEON cinema at BH2 and you are going to absolutely love it! The BH2 complex has plenty of restaurants whatever your appetite and whatever takes your fancy. From Italian pizzas and American burgers to delicious desserts and a whole host of fancy cocktails. Bournemouth has many attractions for children such as adventure parks, play areas, the Oceanarium and crazy golf, there is entertainment for all ages, making it a top pick for this years UK holiday destination.

5* The house was perfect for our extended family of 8. Fantastic large living room area where we were all able to relax / chat / have a games night . Bedrooms were spacious. Garden area was also great and the kids particularly loved the trampoline! Easy drive to Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. Was also very handy to have the large shopping complex nearby. We loved our stay!

4*Perfect house for multiple families traveling together. Short distance to public transport that gets you where you want Walking distance to grocery store, mall, park and restaurants Quiet and quiet neighborhood. The house itself has good standards. Good size bedroom and nice bathroom. The common areas are working well
