The lounge is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is an archway from the lounge to the dining room that also provides access to the first floor via fairly steep stairs. In the contemporary kitchen, the room boasts a breakfast bar with stools and a sofa. The kitchen also benefits from an ELECTRIC OVEN - ELECTRIC HOB - FRIDGE/FREEZER - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - MICROWAVE. Leading off the kitchen are patio doors to the garden. The modern bathroom includes a compact oval bath, walk-in shower and a toilet. The house has an additional ground floor toilet. At the rear of the property is a patio area with a table and chairs and a lawn area leading to a charming summer house. The property offers off road parking for one car in the driveway.
