FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). From the lounge area you will find patio doors onto the garden. The modern kitchen area comprises of an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The stylish bathroom is located upstairs and boasts a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is an additional toilet situated on the ground floor. The house has its own patio, complete with table and chairs and an artificial grass lawn. Off road parking spaces are available in front of the house on a first-come first-served basis (permit must be displayed at all times).
