OVERALL: 10/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - The house is stunning, big bedrooms, very nice living room. Super clean and tidy. We loved every minute of our stay there. It's located in a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, 10min walking to the town centre where you have many restaurants and shops, and 10min walk to the beach. I couldn't ask for more.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 10) - - The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and provided plenty of room for our family. - The modern bathroom was clean, well presented and a pleasure to use. - The rear patio garden was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. - The location was excellent, with everything we needed within easy reach. - The neighbourhood was very quiet, peaceful and felt safe throughout our stay. - Free on-street parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient. - The nearby beach was excellent - clean, spacious and never felt overcrowded, making it easy to find a good spot and enjoy the day.
- An outdoor umbrella/parasol for the patio garden table would provide welcome shade on warm, sunny days. - Having televisions in the bedrooms, in addition to the one in the sitting room, would offer guests more flexibility, particularly for families or groups with different viewing preferences.

5-star review - My family really enjoyed their stay, the property was secure, safe and tidy. Everything went superbly. The flat is very spacious and convenient, and the location is perfect, i would definitely recommend this place.

5/5 - Fabulous staycation. I will be shooting myself in the foot here as I believe after my review and I suspect many more that it will be very difficult to book this flat. Firstly for a flat it is huge, two large double bedrooms, lovely large sitting room,two separate WCs, bathroom with electric shower, well- equipped kitchen and a dinner room. It is literally a 5 mins saunter to the beach, the café on the beach served the best ice cream. Because of the location, we were able to visit so many different places: Lulworth Bay -stunning; Hengistbury Head and Mudeford sandbank which had w fantastic beach café. Sandbanks harbour and beach are about 25 mins away and great for paddle boarding. We have just had a lovely time.

Had a lovely time here. The property is well equipped and spacious. Great location for the town and the beach, both within mins walking distance. The town has plenty of restaurants to choose from and the beach is lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect holiday home located on a tree-lined street, 5 minutes walk to beach. Loved the spacious rooms and everything was there that we needed. A real gem!
