Big secure garden for dog and plenty of parking. Good big garden sofa.
Garden could still do with a make over. If your not worried about it looking pretty it’s fine. Only area that lets property down. No cushion for egg chair-shame. Mattresses are cheap ones.

Good value for money.. Good location to beach and new forest. Clean BBQ area outside. Well stocked kitchen. Nice TV and comfy couch. Great oysters at mudeford Quay. Shower pressure was an issue but host was very responsive to sort out on they same day and fix it. Will be back.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean. Everything worked well. It is in a good location for the beach.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Cleanliness: 7.5 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 7.5) - Great house nr Mudeford. Well equipped, great location. Suggested Improvements: Didn't find bunk beds comfy and that room wasn't cleaned behind bed.

5-star review - Great location, close to the beach. Short drive to supermarket. Kitchen was great, had all the utensils to cook. There was also a washing machine and a washing line outside to dry your clothes although i didnt do any laundry.

Perfect location for beaches and local tourist attractions. Positives: Great location for local beaches. House was well equipped with a good size garden for the dog. Suggested Improvements: The garden could have done with a bit of weeding, despite that we would definitely return.
