Modern apartment close to the beach and free parking on the road which is a big bonus. The mattress could have been comfier, also the sofabed too.

It didn't have very good ventilation since the living room windows couldn't be opened, the bathroom didn't have any, and the only one was in the bedroom, but we couldn't open it more than a few centimeters.

4/5 - The flat itself was very new, modern, well-structured, and well-equipped. However, there was one significant issue with ventilation that I think future guests should be aware of. The living room and kitchen share the same open-plan space, but unfortunately, the living room window does not open, so there is no direct ventilation from outside. As a result, when cooking or using the oven, the living area can become extremely hot and stuffy, as there is very little airflow or fresh air. The only window that opens is in the bedroom, and it opens by a maximum of around 15 centimetres. Therefore, for the entire flat, the only available source of fresh air is this small opening. Unfortunately, this means there is very limited airflow throughout the property, and the flat can feel quite warm and stuffy, particularly when cooking. Overall, I was happy with the property and especially appreciated how responsive and professional Bournecoast were. However, improving the ventilation would be great.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 7.5 / Location: 7.5 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 7.5) - Great location if you can handle the incline down and then back up from the beach - Just cross the road behind the opposite appartments, there is a garden with a great seaviews and a gorgeous walk as we are just inland, on the top of the cliffs. Aesthetically, the apartment is calming and the accomodation facilities provided are great. There was a lift to access the upper floors and 3 of us shared a 1st floor, one bed apartment with a sofabed in the lounge/kitchen area with table and chairs also provided. The neighbourhood characters are also very friendly too.
I should've chosen an apartment with a patio but this was the last apartment available apparently but as an outdoorsy person it was easy enough to go out so I went downstairs to catch fresh air. There are two good fans but there was only one window that actually opened in the apartment. I would've liked a little seating area provided somewhere the garden.

The unit is clean, well maintained and walking distance to the beach; onsite parking is really convenient. The agent was very responsive, helpful, and accommodative. While the unit comes with most amenities as listed, it is a surprise that hair dryer is not provided and washing machine liquid not avail despite washer is listed in the amenities (and is our selection criteria and is provided in other apartments we stayed in UK). However, the host has promptly responded to & accommodated to our request, so overall it has been a pleasant stay.

As this is a self catering property, guests are generally expected to provide their own consumable items, such as washing detergent, in the same way they provide their own food and other day to day essentials. We do provide a starter supply of essentials, such as toilet rolls and freshly laundered bedding and towels. We also clearly advertise the facilities and items provided within each property listing so guests know what to expect before booking. Beautiful apartment, had a tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime logged in, so was great to watch movies in the evening after a long day.

9/10 - Beautiful apartment near the beach. The beach is within walking distance. The apartment is new and well furnished. Parking space sufficiently available. Suggested Improvements: Since our two children slept on the folded-out sofa bed, the space in the living/dining area was a bit cramped. A different division of this area would have been better.

5-star review - Our apartment was lovely. We had a comfortable bed in a good sized bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom and shower were perfect. The apartment was a very short walk from the Boscombe clifftop with paths down to the promenade and pier. Bournemouth was only a few minutes drive away. We’d be very happy to stay there again!

The flat is located in a quiet residential area within Boscombe. Straightforward access into the building and very quiet, some of the flats are unoccupied as Reef Manor is a fairly new build residence. Every detail was in order and reflected what was written within the ‘what you need to know’ folder, with clear instructions. The building is within easy access to Boscombe pier and a variety of other attractions. We would definitely come back again. Suitable for most couples with young children (two max). Missed out on 5 stars only because we had 2 older teens with us and the pullout bed was a tad bit too small for them, but they made it work!
