Des’ sister, Veronica, is one of the Granddaughters of the founders of Bournecoast and has over 20 years experience in Residential and Holiday Lettings. She has a vast knowledge of the legalities and regulations of letting property and is responsible for our client relationship management. Veronica is NAEA qualified.
Katie Tagg
Assistant Manager
Katie has a wealth of experience in the property industry and is responsible for liaising with Bournecoast clients and visitors to ensure all their property needs are met. Katie works in all areas of the business so she is also available to answer any property queries with regard to the letting, holiday letting and sales potential of a property. She is also part of our out of hour’s team (only applicable to fully managed properties).
Barbara Martin
Customer Service
Barbara has a vast amount of customer service and hospitality experience and works along side the rest of the team to enhance a seamless and stress free experience with Bournecoast. She is also part of our out of hour’s team (only applicable to fully managed properties) and is available to help whilst tenants or visitors are staying in a property.

Danielle is our friendly property marketing administrator, who prides herself on preparing your property for marketing so we can find the ideal clients for a property as quickly as possible. Danielle uses her many years of marketing experience to ensure your property is marketed to its maximum potential, ensuring potential clients have the best opportunity to view or book a property as soon as possible.
Des Simmons
Managing Director
As the Grandson of the founders of Bournecoast and following a four year Tourism Management Degree in London, Des took on running the family company. With over 20 years experience in the tourism industry he is now considered to be a leading consultant in this specialised field. He also works closely with Bournemouth Tourism.
Kate Davis
Office Manager
Kate has many years experience in the property industry and oversees the smooth running of the operational side of Bournecoast, whilst ensuring all our clients receive high levels of customer service at all times. Kate works in all areas of the business so is available to answer any property queries with regard to the letting and holiday letting potential of a property.
Katharine Bryant
Customer Service
Katharine is an integral part of the customer service team and if a property is covered by our full management service, she is on hand to help deal with maintenance issues that may occur during a tenancy or holiday booking. Katharine also assists landlords in the preparation of properties ready for the holiday season, as well as meet any customer service needs both during working hours and as part of our out of hours team (only applicable to fully managed properties).
Jennette Slade
Administrator
Jennette has many years experience in Residential Lettings and her knowledge of the industry is extensive. She will ensure that your tenancy is run in an efficient and professional manner. She uses her property experience to support the team with post sales administrative processes, including tenancy extensions, to ensure a seamless tenancy or sale from start to finish.

Des’ twin sister, Anita, is also one of the Granddaughters of the founders of Bournecoast and has over 20 years experience in the industry. She is part of our new property team and takes great pride in ensuring that high standards are met throughout the Company. Her wealth of knowledge means she can help with any queries.
Marc Shelley
Lettings & Holiday Negotiator
Marc has an extensive understanding of landlord and tenant requirements. He is part of the team conducting viewings and securing tenancies or sales on a day-to-day basis. Marc is also part of our reservations team and he prides himself on finding the ideal visitors for you as quickly as possible.

Jane has a large amount of customer service experience and understands the high standards required by both holiday landlords and visitors.
